Top visual tips

AFM probes with tip apex visible from the top. These tips are used for precise positioning of tip apex on sample or for colocalized measurements with a laser (AFM+Raman, TERS, s-SNOM).

Tip diameter: typical 6 nm, guaranteed 10 nm.

Tip height: 14 - 16 um
