Semicontact tips NSG series

Silicon AFM tips Golden series for semicontact and noncontact measurement. Backside of the cantilever is gold coated to improve reflection of the AFM registration laser.

NSG01 - resonance frequency 87 - 230 kHz (typical150 kHz), force constant 1,45 - 15,1 N/m (typical 5,1 N/m)

NSG03 - resonance frequency  47 - 150 kHz (typical 90 kHz), force constant 0,35 - 6,1 N/m (typical 1,74 N/m)

NSG10 - resonance frequency 140 - 390 kHz (typical 240 kHz), force constant 3,1 - 37,6 N/m (typical 11,8 N/m)

NSG30 - resonance frequency 240 - 440 kHz (typical 320 kHz), force constant 22 - 100 N/m (typical 40 N/m)

Material: Monocrystal silicon, N type, 0,01 - 0,025 Sb doped.
