MFM Magnetic tips

AFM tips with magnetic coating for MFM measurement mode.

Cantilever parameters:

MFM01 - resonance frequency 47 - 90 kHz (typical 70 kHz), CoCr magnetic coating, tip diameter 40 nm.

MFM10 - resonance frequency 87 - 230 kHz (typical 150 kHz), CoCr magnetic coating, tip diameter 40 nm.

MFM_LM - resonance frequency 47 - 90 kHz (typical 70 kHz), magnetic coating CoCr for samples with lower coercivity, tip diameter 30 nm.

MFM_HC - resonance frequency 47 - 90 kHz (typical 70 kHz), magnetic coating based on Co with high coercivity, tip diameter 40 nm.

MFMSET - set of 10 pcs of MFM01 and 5 pcs of MFM_LM
