Force modulation tips FMG

Silicon AFM tips GOLDEN series Force modulation type (parameters are between contact and noncontact/semicontanct tips). Back side of the cantilever is gold coated to improve registration AFM laser reflection.

Cantilever parameters:

FMG01 - resonance frequency  40 - 96 kHz (typical 60 kHz), force constant 1 - 5 N/m (typical 3 N/m)

Tip parameters:

Material: Monokrystaline silicon, N type, 0,01 - 0,025 Sb doped. 

Chip size: 3,4 x 1,6 x 0,3 mm

Reflexive side coating: Au

Tip diameter: typical 6 nm, guaranteed 10 mm
