FMG tips with conductive coating

Silicon AFM tips Golden series force modulation type (parameters are between contact and semicontact tips) with conductive coating. Packages with 15 or 50 tips available.

Cantilever parameters:

FMG01 - resonance frequency  40 - 96 kHz (typical 60 kHz), force constant 1 - 5 N/m (typical 3 N/m)

Tip parameters:

Material: Monocrystaline silicon, N type

Chip size: 3,4 x 1,6 x 0,3 mm

Tip diameter: < 35 nm
