Silicon AFM tips Golden series for contact measurement with Au conductive coating. Available packages with 15 or 50 chips.

Cantilever parameters:

CSG01 - resonance frequency  4 - 17 kHz (typical 9,8 kHz), force constant 0,003 - 0,13 N/m (typical 0,03 N/m)

CSG10 - resonance frequency  8 - 39 kHz (typical  22 kHz), force constant 0,01 - 0,5 N/m (typical 0,11 N/m)

Material: Monokrystaline silicon, N type

Chip size: 3,4 x 1,6 x 0,3 mm

Tip diameter: < 35 nm
