Contact tips CSG series

Silicon AFM tips Golden series for contact measurement. Back side of cantiliver is gold coated to improve reflection of AFM registartion laser.

CSG01 - resonance frequency  4 - 17 kHz (typical 9,8 kHz), force constant 0,003 - 0,13 N/m (typical 0,03 N/m)

CSG10 - resonance frequency  8 - 39 kHz (typical 22 kHz), force constant 0,01 - 0,5 N/m (typical 0,11 N/m)

CSG30 - resonance frequency  26 - 76 kHz (typical 48 kHz), force constant 0,13 - 2 N/m (typical 0,6 N/m)

Tip parameters:

Material: Monocrystaline silicon, N type, 0,01 - 0,025 Sb doped. 

Chip size: 3,4 x 1,6 x 0,3 mm

Reflexive side coating: Au

Tip diameter: typical 6 nm, guaranteed 10 mm
